Delivery Instructions: Thank you for your purchase. Please prepare for your delivery by following these simple steps.

• The area must be clear and bed linens must be removed. If the area is not clear, delivery drivers will not be able to set-up the merchandise.

• A person 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed because you are not at home during your scheduled delivery window, a $119.99 or $149.99 redelivery fee will be required before scheduling a redelivery.

• Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving customer's furniture or bedding, or dismantling customer's headboards or frames. Delivery drivers are not responsible for setting up customers' existing headboards to any frame.

• Delivery drivers will not remove old steel frames.

• Please inspect merchandise prior to the delivery driver leaving the residence; you may refuse delivery on defective or damaged merchandise.

• Please note: In some cases, a Full or Queen size foundation will not fit up some staircases. You may need to purchase a split-foundation at an additional charge.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you have questions about your delivery, please contact your store of purchase.

• Due to health concerns, if a customer's old mattress/box spring is soiled or stained, our delivery team will NOT remove it from the home. However, customers may request it to be moved to other areas within their home
